Esthetician

Gina, the founder of Best Kept Secret and co-founder of Renewal Strength & Body, has over 25+ years of business experience in the cosmetic/esthetic industry.  Gina’s enthusiasm for the cosmetic industry extended into product ingredient education, where she discovered a new passion for skincare. She earned her certification and license as a medical esthetician in 2011.  

Gina’s energy and dedication to her profession and clients stand her apart from other estheticians. When she is not at BKS, Gina enjoys spending time with her 3 children.

 

Ben Fuerst

Founder

Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist

Ben, the co-founder of Renewal Strength & Body, has over 8 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. As a personal trainer and health coach, Ben seeks to help guide people to learn, understand, and coordinate their physical body systems. He specializes in functional (biomechanics) training, pain remediation (Post/Pre PT), nutrition, and core training.  

After earning his massage therapy license in 2021 and certifications in myofascial release and structural integration, he strives to help those in pain and with compromised movement quality regain their mobility, motility, and strength via a combination of soft tissue modalities and therapies to help open up the restricted areas the client needs and (i.e. functional training) help address the individual dysfunctions and movement compensations using functional performance training.

My name is Nathan Simmers. I’m an expert in “Practical Training for Everyday Living As You Age.” I have a passion for people like you because too many people in the fitness industry ignore the unique needs of older adults who want to stay “in the game”!

I’ve helped hundreds of older adults find balance, work through injury recovery, develop nutrition for a healthy life and live longer, pain-free. I don’t meet many who want to compete in world bodybuilding championships ... but I’ve met MANY people like you!

People going through physical therapy exercises, injury prevention exercises, and trying to figure out how to live healthier lives … without pain!
