CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Renewal Strength & Body your appointments are very important to us! We understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with. To avoid a cancellation fee for all spa services, we kindly ask that you follow our 24-hour notice policy. If 24-hour notice is not given for a cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are included in this policy and will be effective immediately.

*All personal training clients that do not allow for a 24-hour cancelation will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
